Jærvis End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING JÆRVIS. BY CONTINUING WITH THE ONBOARDING PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jærvis for creating and managing engineering projects and related risk management data.

User Responsibility
The provider of Jærvis is not responsible for any projects, data, documents, or outcomes created or managed using this platform. All content created, modified, or exported from Jærvis is entirely the responsibility of the user.

AI Suggestions Disclaimer
Jærvis utilizes artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, recommendations, and auto-generated content. These AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as professional, engineering, legal, or compliance advice.
It is solely your responsibility to independently verify, review, and validate any suggestions or outputs provided by Jærvis before taking any action or making decisions based on such information. The provider accepts no liability for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated content.

No Warranty
Jærvis is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of Jærvis or any content generated by it for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the provider of Jærvis be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Jærvis, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or project failures.

Termination
The provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Jærvis at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.

Changes to the EULA
This agreement may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of Jærvis constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

BY PROCEEDING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
